It is essential for effective co-parenting to put that child in the best position to be successful. I am joined by Jasmine Bennett as she shares her co-parenting journey to discuss the challenges of co-parenting. 

 The leading cause of involuntary land loss among African Americans is Heirs Property. According to the Land Loss Prevention Project, of the 15 million acres of land African Americans acquired after Emancipation, only about 2 million acres remain owned by their descendants. I break down the history of Heirs property and methods along with resources to break this long-standing generational curse.

Due to barriers like Redlining, resources to healthier alternatives has been a challenge for generations. Although we have made strides in redefining what's healthy, we still have to curb the statistics of preventive health diseases in our communities.
